• Technical support is provided by phone, on-site and through outstanding remote access support by directly accessing the clients computer while speaking with the client on the phone thereby making the support call much clearer and educational at the same time.
• Remote backup of clients data is included with remote access support therefore creating a valuable off site backup for use in emergencies should your computer system fail and a data backup is not available. Note: Our backup will be from when the client last used us for remote assistance.  Scheduled backups of client data to our systems are available upon request.

• In the process of training clients on using many of today's business applications such as Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Internet browsing, tax and accounting software; we offer the client the opportunity to allow us to assist them in developing a customized procedure manual with screen images of the actual programs that they are being trained to use.  It is a great way to refer back to how a procedure was accomplished.  Shortcuts to onscreen manuals can be created to quickly log into the manual which is a nice way of helping our environment by staying "green" and saving paper!
